We create brave spaces where girls can be both brilliant and bold—where coding and choreography, science and self-care, robotics and resilience all live side by side.
To ignite the power, voice and curiosity of girls in grades 3–8 through Sisterhood, Arts, STEM and Service—so they feel seen, supported and ready to shape their own futures.
A world where every girl—especially Black, Brown and underrepresented girls—has the skills, networks and confidence to thrive in classrooms, careers and communities that truly value her brilliance.
Every session blends hands-on making with social-emotional learning—so girls learn to lead projects and lead themselves.
Circles, affirmations and leadership activities that teach girls how to advocate for themselves and uplift one another.
Visual arts, dance, digital storytelling and design that help girls express identity, culture and big ideas.
Emphasis on the Engineering Design Mindset, robotics, project design challenges and science labs led by diverse women in STEM fields.
Community projects that connect STEM and creativity to real neighborhood needs—designed and led by girls.
Each cohort is capped for intimacy and led by trained educators, artists and STEM professionals who reflect the girls we serve.
